Packet Pickups
Pick Up Windows: "Keg" Level Participants Only
New this year, participants can choose to pick up their packets (including a 6-Pack of Harpoon Flannel Friday!) at the Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, VT or Boston, MA. The pick up days will be on Saturday, September 12th and Sunday, September 13th.
*Note, all "Keg" Level participants MUST pick up their packets during the dedicated windows. If you cannot pick up during the time frames that are provided, please choose the "Growler" Level, or shipping option.
You ARE allowed to pick up for other registrants, BUT:
- You MUST be 21+ with a valid ID
- You MUST add their names to the list when you sign up for your time block (details coming soon on how to do this)
- You MUST have a photo or copy of a valid ID for everyone you are picking up for so we can match it with their registration
Windsor, VT Pick Ups: Saturday, September 12th from 10:30-12:30pm
When you arrive at the brewery, please note:
- The Harpoon Brewery is at 336 Ruth Carney Dr Windsor Vermont. There is plenty of on site parking
- As of 8/1 it is required in VT to wear a mask – PLEASE WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES
- Find our outside tent set up marked for Flannel 5k Packet Pick up
- Present your confirmation email, which you’ll receive the night before your pick-up.
- If you would like to stay and enjoy our beer garden and restaurant – Reservations will be required for on-premise consumption. We will be accepting reservations online here, or you can call 802-674-5491 x221. Reservations can be made in approximately 90-minute blocks.
Boston Pick Ups: Saturday, Sept 12th and Sunday, Sept 13th from 11:00-2:00pm.

When you arrive at the brewery during your chosen time, please:
- Stay in your car
- Wear a mask
- Present your confirmation email, which you’ll receive the night before your pick-up
- Pop your trunk when asked, and we’ll load your race packet and swag bag for you
Where do I go?
The Harpoon Brewery is at 306 Northern Ave. Boston, MA 02210. When you arrive, our staff will direct you to the pick-up line, helping to move everyone through as quickly and safely as possible.
If I don't have a car, can I bike or walk over?
Yes, you are absolutely more than welcome to walk or bike to the brewery for the pick-up. We do still ask you to sign up for an hour time slot. Please realize that we will have some heavy items for the swag bag that you may have to carry/bike back. Totally up to what you feel like carrying.
Can I stay to enjoy the Outdoors @ Harpoon space and Harpoon Beer Hall?
